Plan Description

This 6 week training plan contain 2-3 interval session per week. The first and last session of the period is a FTP test to help you calculate the right intensity for the upcoming training and to see your progress at the end of the 6 week period.

The goal of these 6 week is to increase your threshold (FTP) and overall fitness. The intensity of the sessions from sweetspot (just below threshold) to your MAP (Maximal aerobic power) and some sprints. This plan consist of just interval sessions so feel free to add easier zone 1-2 rides as it fits your daily schedule.
This plan is power based and fits best doing indoors, but also outdoors.

Most of the sessions is between 1 and 1,5 hour long (including warmup and cooldown), which means it fits for those with little time to train as well as those with plenty of time.

All my traningplans are 3rd party (eg. Zwift) compatible
