4 Week Indoor Training Plan

This is a 4 week plan that can be ridden indoors on your smart trainer and will get you through the hardest of the UK weather and Lockdown.
It is time effective making as much use of the sessions as we can. Ideally this plan is aimed at the Begginer and Intermediate riders - it has 4 cycling sessions a week with an optional Pilates session.
It will average at approx 5 hours a week cycling with the longest ride on Sundays (which is approx 2 hours).
