KX3 Lifestyle + Coaching Phase 1//DEVELOP HYBRID (ZWIFT + outdoor)
Phase I // DEVELOP Phase of the KX3 Lifestyle + Coaching System. The foundational phase, the root for long-term and sustained success. Are you looking for a fun way to kick off your fitness journey on the bike? This phase of training allows you to develop your aerobic fitness and cycling specific strength all while improving your riding and fuel efficiencies. There is no better time than now to get started— let’s do this!
This program is 6 weeks in duration and takes place either 100% on Zwift, 100% Outdoor, or a hybrid of Zwift + Outdoors—you decide! Once you decide your plan, you’ll choose whether to train primarily off of Power, Heart Rate and/or Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE).
This plan is designed for anyone who is looking for structure, accountability, and most importantly fun—through quality workouts designed with intention, as well as the integration of community and pro rider engagement—this plan is your kickstart to improved fitness and results!
Phase I // DEVELOP: Hybrid—Zwift + Outdoors. I get it, there are days you need ZWIFT and when you can get outdoors you do—especially on the weekends. This program is a hybrid style of training integrating a mix of training depending on what your days, weeks and life allow for. This plan will provide you with 4-5 rides per week with one being an “optional” add. Our program is efficient and effective focused on quality over quantity.
PLEASE NOTE: This plan includes 4-5 rides a week. It shows more because on 1-2 days a week it gives in outdoor or indoor option.
