12 Week Zwift Race Season Advanced
This is an intermediate level 12 week training plan for an 8 week Zwift Racing League season. The first 4 week block is designed to prepare you for the next 8 weeks of racing. Each week includes alternate workouts in the event you don't race on a given day. This plan also includes an optional cycling functional strength program that can be purchased through the link provided for 19.99. This plan can be done at home with minimal additional equipment.
