Hi, und Willkommen im PainCave...
hier geht es um Fitness, um Abwechslung und im ersten Schritt um Regelmäßigkeit.

Du brauchst keine enormen Trainingsumfänge, sondern Kontinuität und regelmäßig neue Reize. Die Trainings sind mit dem Workout Builder vorkonfiguriert und enthalten Erklärungen über das jeweilige Ziel und die Ausführung.

- Der Plan richtet sich an Einsteiger bis leicht Fortgeschrittene, die bereits regelmäßig fahren, aber nach mehr Struktur suchen
- Dieser 8 Wochen Plan beinhalten Themen wie Motorik, Kraft und (hoch-) intensive Blöcke.
- Ziel ist es möglichst viele grüne Einheiten (wenn das Training wie geplant durchgezogen wurde) zu erreichen um allgemeine Fitness aufzubauen. Im nächsten Schritt lässt sich das sicher weiter differenzieren.

- Smarter IndoorTrainer sollte vorhanden sein. Alle Einheiten sind über den TrainingPeaks WorkoutBuilder geschrieben und lassen Sie so über die bekannten PLattformen nutzen (Zwift, Wahoo,Garmin)
- Auf welchem Rad Du darauf fährst ist egal (Rennrad, MTB,Crossrad....nein Röhnrad geht nicht).

Der Plan wird weiter verfeinert und bei Fragen gerne an mich.
Der Plan ist von einem Diplom Sportwissenschaftler geschrieben und steht für Fragen zur Verfügung.
