Plan Description
Welcome to the GCN Fit In 5 Hours Training Plan!
This plan is perfect if you can describe yourself as ‘time poor’ or ‘time crunched’. Over the 10 weeks you’ll average around 5 hours of training per week, made up of 5-6 bike sessions with some off-the-bike sessions, such as yoga or a core workout, mixed in. Although the load (TSS) of the plan is fairly low and remains relatively steady in the plan, this plan aims to factor in your busy schedule and so should promote a good work, life & training balance. By the end of this plan you can expect to have seen how even the smallest amount of structured training can help you improve your cycling performance.
Not only will you have an amazing plan to complete, you’ll also be able to view an exclusive link to watch one of our GCN presenters guide you through your training coming up that week, supported with their real life experiences and tips. The plan is designed to start on a Monday, but of course can be adapted around your own schedule. In addition, you’ll be invited to an exclusive GCN Training Facebook group to share all your training related questions & tips with the GCN Community. These will be answered by cycling coaches and professionals.
