Plan Description

The 8 week in season Zwift plan is designed for athletes who are currently racing once a week on Zwift. This plan is designed to sharpen the high end while maintaining base aerobic fitness. This is a mid-volume plan for athletes who can dedicate up to ten hours per week to training.
