An incredible powerful 4 week HiiT programme that will push your VO2 through the roof and boost your fat burning potential with high EPOC and an explosion of anaerobic work.
You start and finish with a 3 minute test and have option of 5 sessions a week. You are aiming for at least 3! If you manage the the 5 then you are a god!
You can blend in easier sessions in zone 2 when you have time to boost your calorie burn but safe energy for the HiiT efforts
There are extensive notes in each session to guide you.
I have created the workouts with RPE as the main metric but obviously use your power meter if you have it and start smashing new peak powers over 5 - 30 secs!
