Everyone's race is cancelled!

Like the best axe you can't keep sharpening the blade and expect it to get sharper and sharper.

This is a quick and dirty plan to keep yourself well honed but not so sharp that you end up going dull! Every workout is structured but there are no instructions

It's a rolling four week plan with the fourth week as a rest week so just rinse and repeat!
