Plan Description
This plan is part of our Micro Progression Interval System developed for a beginner and to get you prepared for our Block One phase. This 13 week plan starts with 4:00:00 a weeks TSS 225 and finishes with 7 hours TSS 410. It is designed to take a complete beginner and give them strength and fatigue resistance they will need to comfortably move into to our Block One of training. Like all our systems it uses only slight additions to intensities and durations each week progressing you to the next level.
