Plan Description
Lo que buscamos con este tipo de mesociclo es orientar el tipo de sesiones hacia trabajos con intensidad pero con intervalos mas largos, mas parecidos a lo que nos vamos a encontrar en la práctica real del ciclismo. Esfuerzos intensos pero mas continuos. Cuando salimos con la grupeta no solemos hacer sprints de 1 minuto cada 30” como en el mesociclo anterior.
Por lo que lo que vamos buscando es que cada vez el tipo de esfuerzo que trabajemos se parezca mas a la realidad.
