5 semanas de entrenamiento para mejorar el rendimiento en la bici "fuera" pero entrenando en "Indoor".
Es un programa que se puede adaptar a todo el mundo, sólo necesitas saber tu FTP, que lo puedes saber con el test que se propone en el mismo plan.
Una vez que sabes tu FTP lo tienes que ingresar en TP, en account / Zonas de Wy alli colocar el FTP en la casilla que corresponde.
Después en el desplegable "choose method" busca Andrew Coggan y seleccionas esta opción
Ahora TP te calcula de forma automática tus zonas de entrenamiento y todos los % que aparecen en cada sesión se ajustan de forma automática a tus zonas.
