Le plan est gratuit, seule la prestation du bilan après 6 semaines comprend une participation de 10€, qui sera entièrement reversé en recherche et développement pour produire du contenu pertinent pour les athlètes sur www.trainandperform.com, ou pour faire de la formation gratuite et des actions d'études posturales ponctuelles et gratuites en école de cyclisme.
Il a été converti en puissance, cependant vous pouvez utiliser l'échelle de sensations de RPE 1 à 10.
Pensez à bien lire les contenus des exercices et les conseils.
Train&Perform est à votre disposition pour répondre à vos questions avec son équipe, et vous créer des plans individualisés en fonction de vos objectifs.
A l'issue des 6 semaines vous aurez un bilan en visioconférence zoom.
Requis: Home trainer connecté ou non. Conseillé Fréquence cardiaque et cadence. Un computer Garmin, Polar ou équivalent.
