Plan Description

Este es un plan de entrenamiento de 9 semanas diseñado para preparar un maratón de MTB entrenando 100% en rodillo. Aunque sabemos que lo ideal sería hacer más sesiones reales de MTB, lo cierto es que siendo constante el entrenamiento indoor puede ser prácticamente igual de efectivo. Lo único que nos faltaría sería un poco más de volumen de entrenamiento. Como es lógico, alguna sesión se podría alargar si queremos meter más volumen. El plan se divide en 2 fases: las 4 primeras semanas son más suaves y sirven como acondicionamiento para las últimas 4, en las que se introducen sesiones más exigentes en zona 4. Las 2 últimas semanas son de "tapering" es decir, de puesta a punto para el maratón. El último día del plan coincidiría con el día de la prueba.

Cada semana hay 5 días de entrenamiento. En la primera semana se incluye un test para establecer correctamente el umbral y así poder seguir el plan con las zonas de entrenamiento correctas.
