The plan has been written with the Cv-19 in mind and that most athletes are only able to train indoors at the moment.
This program provides 18 specific sessions to be completed over the coming 6-weeks.
If you feel like adding any indoor rides, no problem as long as they are recovery or lower aerobic. There is no need to add any further intensity training.
If the option of riding outside presents itself before you have completed this 6-week program, again, low intensity and recovery riding is ideal.
