Catálogo completo de 79 workouts EN ESPAÑOL adaptados a entrenamientos en interiores, montados con "workouts builder" lo cual te permite utilizarlo con smartrainer una vez importado desde trainingpeaks con las principales plataformas (Zwift, Bkool, Perfpro, etc) o bien directamente exportados como .MRC o .ERG. Tienen una duración entre 45 y 90 min, con tres niveles de dificultad por entreno (A-B-C).
Prescritos con la terminología de entrenamiento por potencia de ILEVELS:
