São 5 semanas de treinos, onde todos os dias tens um treino diferente ao teu dispor - tudo a pensar em combater a monotonia (com treinos bastante dinâmicos e diversificados) permitindo-te melhorar inclusivé os teus indices físicos.
NOTA: podes acrescentar tempo a cada treino (no final), aumentando assim a tua resistência (dá preferência a intensidades baixas)
