So as of 19th December 2020.. a lot of our plans for the holiday have been dashed.
I hope the following will keep you entertained over the next wee while. Suitable for those using a Power Meter or Smart Turbo Trainer.
Here's a 4 week plan to keep the blood flowing and the cabin fever at bay. All workouts are around an hour long and should keep the engine ticking over no matter your level of experience. Remember to aim for consistency and quality at all times. The training load should be manageable for riders of all experience, if in doubt, stop and drop me a line.
As structured workouts these are easily incorporated into Zwift, just link your accounts and they'll pop up in the app. Otherwise you can download them to your favourite Garmin/Wahoo device to follow.
