Plan Description
Stay fit indoors for $1 per day!
So, you've just been told you need to stay home and isolate yourself from your training buddies for 14 days! Bummer, that sucks, but the good news is now you have 14 days to focus on indoor training.
Let's use this time to give your fitness a boost so you can get straight back to kicking butt when you're allowed back out in the real world!
This plan features structured workouts that will challenge each of your main energy systems over the course of two weeks. These session include workouts that focus on VO2, FTP improvement and both aerobic and anaerobic adaptions.
You'll experience progression from each day to the next with sessions that build on the previous day.
There is planned recovery days in each week, and recommended core and strength workouts to challenge your body off the bike. This helps make you a more robust athlete and prevents injury.
The 14 day plan is the perfect challenge for road cyclists and triathletes who are stuck indoors.
