Plan Description

Descarga este plan de entrenamiento para hacer íntegramente en casa.
Este programa de entrenamiento te permitirá trabajaras las cualidades básicas que te harán ser un mejor ciclista cuando ruedes en el exterior.

El programa de entrenamiento comienza con un test FTP con el que podrás establecer tu umbral de potencia funcional (UPF). Sabemos que este test es duro, pero gracias a el es posible individualizar las intensidades de cada entrenamiento, es por ello que resulta imprescindible que comiences por aquí.

Cada semana contiene 2 sesiones intensas y el resto son entrenamientos de rodaje, técnica de pedaleo y fuerza especifica sobre la bici.
Además incluye sesiones de fuerza y movilidad para que puedas sacar todo tu potencia sobre la bici y estés libre de molestias y posibles lesiones.
