Es un plan de entrenamiento por potencia para rodillo de 4 semanas de duración que te ayudará, no solo a no perder forma sino que a lo mejor también te ayuda a mejorar si eres constante y te esfuerzas en cada entrenamiento. Además de las sesiones de rodillo, también se incluyen 2 sesiones de fuerza a la semana para poder hacerlas en casa.
