This 12-week plan is designed to help you improve your Functional Threshold Power (FTP)—so you can ride faster, climb stronger, and hold the pace without burning all your matches early.

Whether you’re training for a gravel race, chasing a new PR, or just want to stop getting dropped on the hills, this structured plan gives you a clear path to build your fitness where it counts: sustained power.

With progressive workouts that build in challenge and intensity over time (plus recovery weeks to help you absorb the gains), this is training that moves the needle—without the guesswork.

- Ideal for mid to late base/build phases
- 3–5 rides per week with optional mobility exercises
