Plan Description

Ciclo de entrenamiento de BASE. 2 Mesociclos (8 semanas): Entrenamiento 4 días por semana.

Ciclo de base: Entrenamiento por potencia.

Objetivo: Resistencia Aeróbica y adaptación cardiovascular.

Ideal para:

- Deportistas con una base aeróbica consolidada pero que han realizado un parón de al menos 3 semanas, por ejemplo, después de una lesión ó al finalizar la temporada.

- Deportistas con base aeróbica consolidada que inician un ciclo de entrenamiento
