Is This Program Right for You?
GA Endurance created this 16-week 30K / 20 Mile Cycling & Gran Fondo Beginner Preparation / Maintenance plan for cyclists building toward general preparation rather than a fixed race date with clear structure and manageable progression.

- Progressive long rides with fueling and comfort practice
- Planned recovery weeks and low-stress technical reinforcement
- Strength sessions that support durability and movement quality

Each workout includes the purpose of the session, intensity guidance, and execution details. For support, contact GA Endurance at coachsupport@gaendurance.com.
