Is This Program Right for You?
GA Endurance created this 4-week 60K / 35 Mile Cycling & Gran Fondo Advanced Preparation / Maintenance plan for experienced cyclists who want progressive, power-based training for general preparation rather than a fixed race date.
This plan is best for athletes who already ride consistently, can complete controlled endurance rides, and can train most weeks with structured bike sessions plus supporting strength work. The program balances aerobic durability, cadence skill, controlled Z1–Z2 riding, long-ride pacing, and planned recovery.
What to Expect
- Structured power-based bike workouts for road or trainer use
- Foundational endurance, cadence control, aerobic economy, and recovery-focused riding
- Progressive long rides with fueling, hydration, and pacing awareness
- Planned recovery weeks and technical reinforcement
- Structured strength sessions to support cycling durability and movement quality
