Wish One Millau is 81 miles with about 8,200 feet of climbing across the Grands Causses limestone plateau, opening with the Puech d’Agast climb — 450 meters of ascent in the first 8 kilometers, straight out of Millau. The middle is sustained plateau climbing on forest track and gravel, and the day usually runs warm, finishing with the Millau Viaduct in view.
This is a six-week plan for Wish One Millau, built around the weeks you have left. Six weeks isn’t enough to build climbing fitness for 8,200 feet from scratch — but if you have a base, it’s enough to sharpen your climbing and get you to the start with a plan for the opening climb and the plateau.

Hey! I'm Matti - also known as the Gravel God himself!
If you're into gravel racing and want to be as fast as possible, you had better choose me!
Why?
Because I'm the fastest, least talented person to ever ride a bike. I've made every mistake in the book so you don't have to and I'm here to save you years of failure and struggle.
When I'm not helping my athletes get faster on a bike I write obvious, overlooked training content that makes cycling training easy to understand.
