Wörthersee Gravel is 93 miles of fast, mostly smooth gravel around the lake’s south shore and along the Drau river in Carinthia, broken by one signature selection: The Ramp, a four-kilometer climb that opens the race near the start and returns reversed near mile 91. Mid-April can swing from bright sun to near-freezing at the start line.
This is a twelve-week plan for Wörthersee’s fast, long day, built around four to six hours a week. Most rides build endurance or pace, because that’s what a fast, long gravel day asks for and the limited hours go furthest spent on it.
93 MI · 5,620 FT CLIMBING · FAST, MOSTLY SMOOTH GRAVEL AROUND THE WÖRTHERSEE'S SOUTH SHORE · 12 WEEKS · 4–6 HR/WK · TIME-CRUNCHED

Hey! I'm Matti - also known as the Gravel God himself!
If you're into gravel racing and want to be as fast as possible, you had better choose me!
Why?
Because I'm the fastest, least talented person to ever ride a bike. I've made every mistake in the book so you don't have to and I'm here to save you years of failure and struggle.
When I'm not helping my athletes get faster on a bike I write obvious, overlooked training content that makes cycling training easy to understand.
