Truckee Tahoe Gravel’s medium course is 66 miles with about 4,600 feet of climbing, 84 percent gravel, and a start near 5,800 feet. Sierra roads and a course averaging about 6,100 feet make sustained climbing and steady work at altitude the central demands.
This is an eight-week plan for the same climbing and distance, built around your hours. Eight weeks assumes you already have a base and focuses it on sustained work and repeated climbing.
66 MI · ~4,604 FT CLIMBING · ~6.1K FT ALTITUDE, 84% GRAVEL · 8 WEEKS · 7–11 HR/WK · FINISHER

Hey! I'm Matti - also known as the Gravel God himself!
If you're into gravel racing and want to be as fast as possible, you had better choose me!
Why?
Because I'm the fastest, least talented person to ever ride a bike. I've made every mistake in the book so you don't have to and I'm here to save you years of failure and struggle.
When I'm not helping my athletes get faster on a bike I write obvious, overlooked training content that makes cycling training easy to understand.
