Vuelta Altas Cumbres is 75 miles with about 6,330 feet of climbing in the Argentine Andes, ridden high — the course averages above 7,000 feet, with variable mountain conditions. It is a mountain-gravel climbing day at real altitude.
This is a twelve-week plan for the Vuelta’s climbing and altitude, built around four to six hours a week. Most rides are climbing, because that’s what a mountain day at altitude asks for and the limited hours go furthest spent on it.
75 MI · 6,330 FT CLIMBING · ~7.5K FT ALTITUDE · 12 WEEKS · 4–6 HR/WK · TIME-CRUNCHED

Hey! I'm Matti - also known as the Gravel God himself!
If you're into gravel racing and want to be as fast as possible, you had better choose me!
Why?
Because I'm the fastest, least talented person to ever ride a bike. I've made every mistake in the book so you don't have to and I'm here to save you years of failure and struggle.
When I'm not helping my athletes get faster on a bike I write obvious, overlooked training content that makes cycling training easy to understand.
