Wasatch All-Road’s Bigfoot course is 82 miles with 10,560 feet of climbing, 77 percent gravel, and an average elevation of about 8,600 feet. Loose surfaces and grades above 10 percent put sustained climbing and control under fatigue at the center of the day.
This is a twelve-week plan for Bigfoot’s climbing, with more recovery for riders over fifty. The schedule develops sustained endurance and repeatable climbing while leaving more room between demanding sessions.
82 MI · 10,560 FT CLIMBING · ~8.6K FT ALTITUDE, 77% GRAVEL · 12 WEEKS · 7–11 HR/WK · MASTERS 50+

Hey! I'm Matti - also known as the Gravel God himself!
If you're into gravel racing and want to be as fast as possible, you had better choose me!
Why?
Because I'm the fastest, least talented person to ever ride a bike. I've made every mistake in the book so you don't have to and I'm here to save you years of failure and struggle.
When I'm not helping my athletes get faster on a bike I write obvious, overlooked training content that makes cycling training easy to understand.
