Grinduro France is 62 miles with about 6,500 feet of climbing in the Vosges mountains, run in an enduro format where the climbs are untimed and four descents are timed on steep, technical, forested terrain — half gravel, roughly a third singletrack. The weather is generally warm, but mountain conditions can change.
This is a twelve-week plan for riders fitting training into seven to eleven hours a week. Most of the work builds endurance for repeated climbing over sixty-plus miles and the bike handling that timed technical descents ask of you.
62 MI · 6,562 FT CLIMBING · 50% GRAVEL, 30% SINGLETRACK (TIMED), 20% PAVED · 12 WEEKS · 7–11 HR/WK · FINISHER

Hey! I'm Matti - also known as the Gravel God himself!
If you're into gravel racing and want to be as fast as possible, you had better choose me!
Why?
Because I'm the fastest, least talented person to ever ride a bike. I've made every mistake in the book so you don't have to and I'm here to save you years of failure and struggle.
When I'm not helping my athletes get faster on a bike I write obvious, overlooked training content that makes cycling training easy to understand.
