The Crusher is 69 miles with about 10,000 feet of climbing packed into them, from a 5,900-foot start in Beaver up to a finish at 10,500 feet on Eagle Point. It climbs both paved grades and rough dirt, and the final drag to the line is the highest, thinnest air of the day.
This is a twelve-week plan for the Crusher’s climbing and altitude, built around four to six hours a week. Most rides target sustained climbing or riding well when you’re tired, because at four to six hours those are the two things worth spending the time on.
69 MI · 10,000 FT CLIMBING · 5.9–10.5K FT ALTITUDE, PAVED + DIRT · 12 WEEKS · 4–6 HR/WK · TIME-CRUNCHED

Hey! I'm Matti - also known as the Gravel God himself!
If you're into gravel racing and want to be as fast as possible, you had better choose me!
Why?
Because I'm the fastest, least talented person to ever ride a bike. I've made every mistake in the book so you don't have to and I'm here to save you years of failure and struggle.
When I'm not helping my athletes get faster on a bike I write obvious, overlooked training content that makes cycling training easy to understand.
