10-Week Beginner-Intermediate Gravel Plan: Build the Aerobic Base Before the Events
For riders stepping up from short casual rides to first gravel events in the 50-80 mile range. Three sessions per week, all aerobic base work until the final two weeks when one threshold session appears. Long rides build steadily from 60 minutes to 2 hours across the ten weeks. No power meter required — heart rate or RPE works for every session in this plan. Eat before you start and bring food on the Saturday rides from week 6 onward.
