Dieser 8-Wochen-Plan mit rund 10 Stunden Training pro Woche bereitet dich gezielt auf intensive Rennen vor – egal ob du dein erstes Rennen angehst oder deine Bestzeit angreifst.
Der Fokus liegt auf Rennhärte, Tempowechseln und der Fähigkeit, auch nach Stunden noch zu attackieren. Die Intensität wird leistungsbasiert gesteuert und passt sich automatisch deiner individuellen Leistungsfähigkeit an.
