You will develop the necessary stamina without the risk of overtraining, ensuring your preparation is sustainable and fits around your professional commitments.   • Phase 2 (Weeks 7 to 12): Event Prep. We introduce specific preparation rides, peaking with a 75km effort followed by a taper to ensure you are fresh for event day.
