Plan Description
Ride farther, stronger, and smarter on mixed terrain.
This 16-week plan is designed for cyclists preparing for long gravel events such as Dirty Reiver, The Rift, or Unbound 100–200KM events.
Built around four to five structured rides per week plus optional strength sessions, it develops the endurance, torque, and resilience needed to excel over rolling terrain and rough surfaces.
You’ll progress through aerobic base, torque & sustained power phases before sharpening for race-day performance — all with manageable weekly hours to fit real life.
