Plan Description

Step-by-step preparation for your 100-mile event. This plan mixes endurance, tempo, and threshold training so you can ride steady for hours and finish strong.
It starts with a manageable 8-hour week (~400 TSS) and gradually builds to a peak of about 11.5 hours (~627 TSS). Perfect for intermediate riders aiming to finish their first century with confidence or improve their time on the next one. The Active recovery days can be skipped when needed, but they do help lessen fatigue, so please do them when you can.
