Plan Description
This 8-week Training Plan is aimed at novice and intermediate gravelers and it will get you ready favourite 50-miler gravel race so that you can have the best time possible.
It includes a Taper period and will bring you to the start ready to have a good ride.
This Training Plan is built around a 6-9 hour week and focus on the general requirements for an endurance cycling event.
For best results you would need a “smart” indoor trainer, or a power meter on your bike. Structured workouts are power based and endurance rides heart rate based.
