Plan Description

This plan is for people who already ride and have a basic level of fitness. The plan starts with a 5hr week, building to the highest week of 6hr50mins, with flexibility to increase the volume if you wish. This will prepare you excellently for a sportive or road race at the end of the 12 weeks.

The plan contains a variety of hard and easy rides, and high and low cadence sessions to best prepare you for a hilly course, even if you have limited access to hills.
