Questo Piano di Allenamento Specifico “Peak in 8 Weeks” è programmato per ciclisti intermedi evoluti che utilizzano il misuratore di potenza per i propri allenamenti e che intendono incrementare il loro livello di competitività , è studiato per migliorare in salita oltre ad una forma fisica generale.
E’ un Programma di allenamento preferibilmente Outdoor , ma lo si può eseguire anche con allenamenti Indoor durante la settimana e mantenendo le uscite più lunghe nel weekend.
Va inserito dopo una prima parte di preparazione aerobica di fondo con volume e bassa intensità.
Sviluppato per incrementare Forza,Potenza,Resistenza,Impegno Metabolico, con conseguente aumento della FTP
Studiato e programmato con picco a 8 settimane per la gara prioritarià di livello “A” , include comunque allenamenti per costruire una buona base aerobica , incrementando nella seconda fase allenamenti sulla Costruzione e di Picco.
Questo programma di allenamento è previsto con un TSS in incremento , con 4a e 8a settimana di scarico.
Una volta acquistato il Piano , potete selezionare la data di inizio o fine programma sul vostro calendario di Trainingpeaks cosi che tutti gli allenamenti siano visualizzabili sui vostri dispositivi al momento dell’allenamento con i vostri parametri di potenza e quindi essere guidati sui tempi e intensità aggiornate dell’allenamento giornaliero già pre impostato.
