Plan Description
This plan is designed specifically for single day and multi-day Gran Fondo style events in the high mountains such as La Marmotte, Letape du Tour, Haute Route and Tour De Stations.
The plan assumes you are comfortable riding 6-8 hours a week of zone 1 and 2 before you start.
The plan includes detailed instructions for each activity, guidance about nutrition, riding approach and event preparation.
To get the most out of the plan you will need an indoor trainer with erg mode functionality, a heart rate monitor and a power meter.
