Plan Description

This is for people who have just got a bike and want to challenge themselves but don't know where to start. The 12 week training plan is broke into 3 phases. 1 -Developing basic endurance, 2 - Basic Muscular development and 3 -Anaerobic efficiency.
All while increasing weekly time on the bike starting from as little as 1.5 hours and steadily increasing to 9 hours for the last week.
You will need a way to record you Heart rate. You will need to download workouts to your device and then upload rides back to TrainingPeaks.

While private coaching is my normal way of developing athletes, this is the basic structure I use. It always give great return for effort.
