Plan Description
Plan estructurado de 24 semanas de duración (6 meses) para preparar con todas las garantías tu desafío de Gran Fondo tanto de ciclismo de carretera como de MTB.
Incluye entrenamientos de fuerza y core, dos días a la semana (incluye tablas de gimnasio en PDF).
Se periodiza cada 4 semanas 1 semana de descanso activo para asimilar los entrenamientos realizados.
Entrenamiento planteado en pulso/frecuencia cardiaca.
Se trabaja tanto la capacidad aeróbica, como la anaeróbica y el VO2Max,
El plan utiliza una media de entre 9 y 11 horas semanales de entrenamiento.
