Im coach Ricky and this plan is meant to take you from the sofa to the SoCal Ride for Parkinson's most challenging ride, their metric century (62 miles). Most weeks consist of 4 rides and 2 walks (one goes from walk to wog to jog, while the other is usually optional).
I want you to know that this ramps up at a steady pace with 2 recovery weeks (and an optional recovery week after the event). Most weeks wont have you riding a lot, but you need to know that it isnt the miles that will help you, its riding consistently.
