Plan Description

TARGET ATHLET
This plan is appropriate for newer cyclists preparing for their first Granfondo, masters athletes, or for more experienced cyclists who need or prefer a relatively low-volume training program. Before you begin the plan, build your training to the point where you are cycling at least three times per week for up to 1h or more.

INTENSITY TYPE : POWER
This plan presents each workouts intensity target by Power, but HR and RPE versions of this plan are also available, just write to me here:
