Plan Description

This plan will help you prepare to complete a "gran fondo" type event. These events are typically longer road or gravel events that are done for fun and completion. Achieve your event goal and have more fun doing it!

This is a beginner-friendly plan that can be repeated as time permits.

Not all days of the week have bike workouts. You can get creative with these days. A few good options are 1) cross-training (run, row, gym), 2) a steady endurance ride, or 3) an additional recovery day. While more training is "good", you need at least 1 weekly recovery day to stay strong and keep putting in good efforts on your training days.
