Our 12 week "Gran Fondo Preparation" program has been developed by our highly qualified Kilowatt Coaches based off of the training plans that Kilowatt athlete's have used in the past to qualify for the World Gran Fondo Championships.
This program includes:
-Initial fitness testing
-Progressive overload and recovery to help take your fitness to new levels
-Gran Fondo specific efforts for your Gran Fondo racing plans
-Compatible with both Heart Rate and Power.
