Completar la Mallorca 312 es algo especial, es vencer a las montañas y carreteras de Mallorca

El plan esta preparado para entrenamiento por POTENCIA.
4 semanas con 3 días de ciclismo y 3 días de preparación física para seguir con 4 días de ciclismo + 3 días de preparación física específica en gimnasio de fuerza máxima.
Los objetivos del plan son:
Mejorar tú FTP y el % de uso del VO2max.
Trabajo de fuerza-resistencia específica del ciclismo,
Aumentar la resistencia de larga duración.

Este plan esta pensado para ciclistas de todos los niveles que quieren una guía para poder alcanzar el objetivo con seguridad. Con el plan se incluye comunicación con Martí Cerdà vía email para resolver dudas y comentar aspectos de la preparación.
