Plan Description

This plan is built to get you ready for gravel racing or your next long, epic gravel adventure.

Designed for the intermediate cyclist, it’s ideal if you already have a solid base and are ready to increase your training hours, intensity, and specificity. Workouts progressively build throughout the plan so you feel strong, prepared, and confident on race day (or adventure day!).

We use a 3-week build + 1-week recovery structure to help you absorb the training, adapt well, and stay consistent without burning out.

You’ll also find mobility sessions throughout the plan to support demands of long days on gravel.

Workouts are compatible with power, heart rate, or perceived exertion, and all structured sessions can be exported to Garmin, your indoor trainer, or most training devices for seamless on-screen guidance.

As always, the plan is simple, easy to follow, and grounded in real training principles—not assumptions.
