Plan Description

Questo piano corrisponde al 2° mese di una pianificazione per migliorare a livello prestazionale nella disciplina del ciclocross. Il piano è composto da 4 settimane di allenamento, di cui le prime 3 settimane sono di carico incrementale e la 4 settimana è di scarico per poter recuperare dalle settimane precedenti ed essere riposati per le settimane successive. Le settimane sono caratterizzate da un allenamento a corpo libero da svolgere in casa/palestra, un allenamento di corsa a piedi, un'uscita di lavoro sulla tecnica inerente al ciclocross e per finire delle uscite sia su strada che su bici da ciclocross.

Secondo mese di una serie di altre programmazioni per i mesi successivi. Questo mese aumenta gradualmente l'intensità degli allenamenti ed è quindi consigliabile iniziare dal 1° mese per seguire un processo incrementale di miglioria della performance.
